EESAN SET TO RELEASE ON 17th FRIDAY
Sasikumar`s upcoming project 'Eesan' will be hitting the silver screen on December 17th 2010. As we have seen in other projects of Sasikumar it will have importance for all characters casted in the movie.
The movie will not have any hero or heroine as such except it has some familiar faces like Samudrakani, Vaibhav & Abhinaya playing the lead roles. The film has 15 characters with debutante Aparna, Mahanidhi Tulasi, Niranjan and Nammo Narayana which has equal importance.
Music is scored by James Vasanthan. The audio launch happened recently in Satyam Theatres and the music album has already topped the musical charts in the market.
Sasikumar has to feel the heat of Kamal`s 'Manmadhan Ambu', which is also slated to hit the screens on thenext weak .
Sasikumar is fully composed and cool in spite of his hit as a director, producer and actor. In Subramaniapuram, he spoke about the life style of Madurai. Now through Eesan, he will be speaking about the life style of Chennai.
Sasikumar while speaking said,” Though Subramaniapuram and Eesan have the backdrop of two cities, both are not connected in any way. In Subramaniapuram, I spoke about only one portion of Madurai life but in Eesan I will be speaking about all the portions of Chennai. Eesan means Lord Shiva.
Eesan is the creator and destroyer. Both these elements are there in Chennai city. After examining many titles, I found this title suitable for the film. One can feel this when they see the film.
Chennai life is not mere gangsters, slum, Cooum river, five star hotels and parties but there are thousand things more than this. Eesan will speak all about this. This is a beautiful place to live as well as loose your life.”
