Imran Khan married his sweetheart Avantika Malik on 10th January, 2011. They have gone for a registered marriage at his uncle Aamir Khan’s house. Imran Khan is dating Avantika Malik for the past eight years.

After the wedding, Imran came to his house with his newlywed wife in a black Porsche bearing white flags with “Just Married” written on them.

Imran Khan and Avantika Malik both decided to wear traditional wedding costumes. Avantika was wearing a lehenga choli with a red border and gold work. Her lehenga was designed by Manish Malhotra. Imran Khan was dressed in a black bandhgala. Imran’s costume was designed by Karan Johar and Varun Bahl.

Imran Khan got married at his uncle Aamir Khan’s house. Aamir Khan too got married here with Kiran Rao. Aamir Khan told the media, “We are very happy for both of them and all our blessing are with them. I hope they have a happy married life.”

Aamir Khan’s ex-wife Reena Dutta too attended the wedding ceremony with her kids JUnaid and Ira.
Imran Khan and Avantika Malik are leaving for Phuket after their wedding. They have booked an entire island there. expressed his feelings about wedding, “I’m not feeling married right now, it will take some time to sink in. I’m very happy.”
